      Chuck was one of the most fun, fair, and competitive racers I had the privilege of running with.
      We pitted together in our Spectator class days when we could. He always made himself available with a helping hand for me and my crew of none.
      He was always prepared and kept a clean professional good looking race car and knew how to get around the track in it.
      Beyond fellow racer, he was a friend.
